Staff Spotlight – Caitlin Yorio

onth for our Staff Spotlight, we are featuring Caitlin Yorio – AmeriHealth Supervisor
Caitlin has been with AUCP for 2 years. She was born and raised and still lives in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated from LaRoche College for 3 years before transferring to Pitt for her last two years where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Developmental Psych.
Caitlin has four siblings (One brother & two sisters) two nephews, and a dog named Rex. She enjoys spending time with her family and her boyfriend
Jeff. She loves just being outside and experiencing new places. Traveling, and going to Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers games or just taking her
nephews on different new adventures.
What is the most challenging part of your job at AUCP?
The most challenging thing is realizing that I cannot control or fix everything. Some things are out of my control and I have a hard time letting that go.
What is the most rewarding part of your job at AUCP?
Help participants who do not have any support. Being there to get them items and services that they need and making them feel better about being in the home is rewarding.
